Join us for a three-night/four-day all-expenses paid retreat that aids in nourishing your body, mind, and spirit. Retreats include facilitated information sessions, wellness activities, wholesome food, and an opportunity to connect with other carers. Retreats are open to all carers registered through Carer Gateway who are caring for someone with mental ill health.
