Emergency Support
Care2Serve has a range of counselling and support services available to help with your caring journey. Our online support services are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while our telephone and in-person support services are available Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
If you are experiencing a personal crisis, feel distressed or need immediate support outside of these hours, we urge you to call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the Kids Helpline (for people aged 5 to 25) on 1800 55 1800.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation, are in imminent danger or have a genuine medical emergency, call 000.
