Event Details

Are you caring for an older family member or friend and wondering what the future might look like?

Planning ahead can feel overwhelming – but you don’t have to do it alone. This workshop is designed to help carers feel more confident and prepared for what’s ahead.

Topics covered:

  • Understand the key steps involved in future planning
  • Start important conversations with your loved one
  • Support decision-making with confidence
  • Plan for health, care, and end-of-life needs

The workshop also features a presentation from the Office of the Public Guardian Tasmania on substitute decision-making.

Presented by Jo,  Care2Serve’s Health Engagement Officer.

This event is open to all carers registered with Carer Gateway.
