Learn essential skills to identify and respond to a person at risk of suicide.

Participants will learn to:

Recognise the warning signs of suicide
Support a person at risk to access appropriate services and develop their own safety plan
Promote help-seeking behaviour before a crisis occurs
Identify and practise their own self-care strategies
Create a personalised safety plan
