Join our free four-week Tai Chi series and discover the benefits of gentle movement, relaxation, improved balance, and reduced stress in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Beginner friendly. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Sessions: Mondays 5, 12, 19 and 26 October
